The work is serious. The room doesn't have to be. I've spent twenty years learning how to hold both — enough challenge to matter, enough warmth and humor to keep people actually present. Senior leaders have short tolerance for facilitation that feels like a chore. I take that seriously.

That means bringing the quiet ones in and working with the difficult ones. Slowing things down when the content needs to breathe. Picking up the pace when the room is ready. No hand-holding, no three briefing calls, no making the day about me.

I don't deliver slides. I hold a space where people actually think — where something shifts, and they leave with one thing they can use on Monday.

My background is in coaching as much as facilitation. That shapes everything. I'm listening the whole time — to what's said and what isn't, to where the energy goes and where the room gets careful. I work with all of it, inside your framework, in service of your outcomes.

My approach draws on adult development theory, behavioural science, and neuroscience — not as frameworks I hand out, but as the lens I use to understand what's actually happening in the room.

Virtual: Strong reps across Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. Not a downgrade from in-person. A different format done well.

Cross-cultural: Real, not claimed. I'm a dual citizen — American and German — based in Munich. I slow down. I adjust my register. I read what the room needs culturally and work with it, not past it. I've facilitated for European, American, African, and mixed-nationality groups. I know what it costs when a facilitator doesn't make that adjustment.
