I’m Derek Lauber, an executive coach and leadership facilitator based in Germany, working across EMEA and the U.S. For more than 20 years, I’ve supported leaders in multinational, consulting, executive education, and complex organizational environments. My work helps leaders strengthen judgment, stay grounded under pressure, and move through transition with more clarity and humanity.
I've lived this myself — arriving in Germany, navigating an unfamiliar culture and organization, figuring out how to lead and build a life in a place that didn't know me yet. That experience is the foundation of this work.
