I’m Derek Lauber, an executive coach and leadership facilitator based in Germany, working across EMEA and the U.S. For more than 20 years, I’ve supported leaders in multinational, consulting, executive education, and complex organizational environments. My work helps leaders strengthen judgment, stay grounded under pressure, and move through transition with more clarity and humanity.
Experience includes work with leaders and organizations across PwC, Salesforce, Colgate-Palmolive, Fannie Mae, UNC, and other multinational, public, and executive education contexts.
