Team Exploration focuses on the characteristics of a group as a whole, as a dynamic system with its own personality, spoken and unspoken rules, vision, blind spots, and underlying attitudes.
The work of systemic team coaching focuses on improving team communication, trust, respect, diversity, camaraderie, constructive interaction, optimism, accountability, alignment, decision-making, proactivity, goals and strategies, and team leadership to create sustainable change.
At its heart, Team Exploration addresses underlying systemic issues and fostering greater alignment, coherence, and effectiveness within the system as a whole.

Using a proven assessment tool to reveal the team's strengths and challenges. This research-based approach focuses on 14 measures of team competency.Debrief the assessment
Debrief the results of the TCI Tram Coaching Diagnostic and surface feedback on the findings as a group.Determine team development areas and create an action plan that includes two parallel outcomes:
